Terms of Service

Naadi Leaders is intended for use by citizens of India aged 18 years or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Minors are not permitted to create accounts or submit ratings on this platform.

You may register using your email address or via a supported social login (Google, Facebook, or X/Twitter). By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and not share login credentials with others.
• Notify us immediately at support@naadileaders.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Not create more than one account per person.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are found to be operating in a fraudulent or abusive manner.

The platform is designed for positive, fact-based feedback. Ratings must reflect a citizen's genuine experience with their elected representative's work, public service delivery, communication, and fulfillment of responsibilities.

Naadi Leaders does not endorse any political party, alliance, or candidate. All content on this platform is user-generated and moderated for quality and appropriateness.

As a registered user, you agree to use Naadi Leaders in a responsible, respectful, and lawful manner. You agree to:

• Submit ratings and feedback based on your genuine, first-hand experience or well-documented knowledge of a representative's work.
• Respect the dignity of all elected representatives, fellow users, and the democratic process, even when providing critical feedback.
• Use the platform only for its intended purpose of civic participation and accountability.
• Not attempt to manipulate ratings through bulk submissions, automated tools, coordinated campaigns, or multiple accounts.
• Not use the platform for any commercial, political fundraising, or advertising purpose.

A "Naadi" is a citizen's rating of an elected representative. Each registered user is permitted to submit up to 5 Naadis per week. This limit exists to maintain the integrity of our rating system. Abuse of this system — including using multiple accounts or automated tools to circumvent limits — will result in account suspension.

• Each Naadi is reviewed by our moderation team before being published.
• Ratings that do not meet our community standards will be rejected or marked as spam.
• Once approved, a Naadi contributes to the public score of the respective MLA or MP.
• You may rate the same representative again in a subsequent month after your previous rating expires.
• Ratings of 1–2 stars (indicating below-average performance) are treated as constructive feedback and are shared privately with the relevant MLA office. They are not shown publicly to prevent misuse.

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Naadi Leaders:

Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to appropriate authorities.

All Naadis are subject to review by our moderation team before being published. We reserve the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove any rating or feedback at our sole discretion. Moderation decisions are final, though you may contact us if you believe your content was incorrectly removed.

Users who repeatedly submit content that violates our guidelines may receive a warning flag on their account, have their voting privileges suspended, or have their account permanently banned. Warnings are issued at the discretion of the moderation team.

All platform content — including the Naadi Leaders name, logo, design, code, and aggregated rating data — is the intellectual property of Naadi Leaders and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property law.

By submitting a Naadi, you grant Naadi Leaders a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to publish, display, aggregate, and use your rating data (anonymised where appropriate) to fulfil the platform's civic purpose. You retain ownership of any text feedback you write.

You may not scrape, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Naadi Leaders platform or its data without prior written permission.

Naadi Leaders is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
• Ratings or feedback submitted by users are accurate, complete, or reliable.
• Any particular MLA or MP profile will be present or up-to-date.

Naadi Leaders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed ₹500 in any circumstances.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@naadileaders.com. Upon deletion, your personal details will be removed, though anonymised rating data may be retained to preserve the integrity of historical scores.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the platform.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Naadi Leaders after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
